FutureKitchen

FutureKitchen is a research-led initiative exploring the future of kitchen design, specification and living. In partnership with Quooker, it brings together leading designers, architects, manufacturers, and industry experts to challenge conventional thinking and explore the opportunities shaping tomorrow’s kitchens. Through insightful discussions, collaborative research, and thought-provoking conversations, FutureKitchen examines emerging technologies, sustainability, changing lifestyles, and human-centred design, encouraging the industry to rethink how kitchens will evolve to meet the needs of future generations.

The FutureKitchen Conference at KBX will bring together some of the industry’s most influential voices to explore the challenges, opportunities and innovations transforming kitchen design and specification. Building on an ongoing programme of industry research and expert roundtable discussions, the conference will examine the evolving role of the kitchen within our homes and everyday lives. From artificial intelligence, smart technology, and sustainable materials to changing demographics, wellbeing, and adaptable living spaces, FutureKitchen will challenge established thinking and encourage fresh perspectives.

This thought-provoking programme will provide a platform for meaningful debate, knowledge sharing and collaboration, helping designers, architects, manufacturers and specifiers better understand the needs of tomorrow and shape the kitchens of the future.
